Clean and friendly staff. We came to visit our son and stayed for one night, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, there was no soundproofing between the rooms, so we could hear noise from the corridor and nearby rooms. I would still come back (:
This is a family run business. Our whole experience was very impressive. Staff went above and beyond to help make our stay one to remember. You're met by reception staff, Kara, with warm welcome and very helpful (highly recommend you book direct, much cheaper than any booking site). Restaurant staff, Eleri, was our waitress and made us very welcome, making my little grandson feel very important. Emily & Matt were equally helpful. They were all very attentive to other guests taking time to engage and bring a little extra special attention to their service. Just couldn't fault this hotel, should definitely be classed with higher star rating.
We only pop in for lunch now and again, great friendly staff, great menu with good prices. Highly recommend
Ended up here after checking out from our original stop over where the snow stopped us from travelling. What a lovely welcoming place, friendly and very accommodating staff, room was a great size and the place immaculate, bed large and very comfortable, great shower, only had a coffee in the restaurant but the food we saw looked very good and the menu had a good range. Our room could have been a little warmer but we were having a particularly cold spell, but still highly recommend
We stayed three nights at the hotel. Really clean, spacious and welcoming. Great location to centre if you don't mind a ten minute walk. Located next to a McDonald's restaurant, Next home and Morrisons. Very convenient.
Immaculate room with everything you need (TV has limited terrestrial channels but you can log in to your own apps if you are a subscriber). Breakfast was tasty - freshly prepared and good value. We found the hotel rooms quiet with no noise from other guests or the car park. Location is on the edge of town but has a bus stop across the road which has regular buses into town (perfect as we have a Welsh free bus pass) - it’s a quick drive into town plus it has an easy, safe but lengthy walk into the town centre or the sea front. Lots of car parking and is close to a supermarket and other big stores. We found it a good value and overall a great stay.
We’ve just stayed at the Aberystwyth Park Lodge Hotel and would happily give it five stars. We stayed in Room 2, which has recently been redecorated to a very high standard. The super king bed was extremely comfortable, and both the room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. Parking was excellent, with the added bonus of Tesla Superchargers on site, which was ideal for us travelling in an EV. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and offered a simple but well-thought-out cooked menu, including traditional English, vegetarian and vegan options, plus pancakes. Everything we had was good quality and well cooked. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The best way to describe the hotel is like an upmarket Premier Inn — comfortable, clean, modern, and well run. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Aberystwyth.
Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and we couldn’t fault anything. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, a really comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom with probably the best shower i’ve ever had .The staff were also great, especially when my partner left his suit in the room and they phoned to let us know. We’re looking forward to coming again and staying in the summer!
